Archiville Real Estate is a family owned and operated business based in Oxley, west of Brisbane. We primarily service the western corridor from Chelmer to Seventeen Mile Rocks.

Preparing and coordinating the signing of contracts by all parties
Receiving and managing monetary deposits via our agencies trust account
Liaising with all stakeholders post-contract until settlement

With the introduction of eSignatures (electronic signing of sale contracts), online settlements (PEXA), and the advances of communications technology, it is no longer necessary for clients to pay huge commissions for agencies to operate out of a commercial office space. We keep overheads low, so we can pass these savings onto our clients.
We offer a unique fee structure. Our Pro Partner fee option is designed to achieve the best possible outcome for the vendor, not just the agent. It works by giving the agent incentive to achieve the highest possible price while allowing the homeowner to only pay based on the agent’s results.

We started Archiville Real Estate in late 2018, with a goal of solving some of these problems and creating a positive experience for our client’s, when selling their homes.

I was born in Brisbane and have been a local to the south east Queensland region my entire life.
Working as a building designer for 10 years (running my own practice - Archiville - from 2013 - 2019), I have designed hundreds of house renovations/extension and new homes for my local clients, as well as apartment buildings, townhouses and subdivisions. I have experience in interior design including kitchens and bathrooms, remodelling, furniture layouts and presentation.
I have successfully negotiated and managed many property transactions which include, home sales (including multiple off market sales) and lease contracts for both residential and commercial properties. I have also been involved in negotiating joint venture (JV) deals and managing stakeholder relationships for property developments and negotiating with council and elected members to amend a city planning scheme.
