About Us

Archiville Real Estate is a family owned and operated business based in Oxley, west of Brisbane. We primarily service the western corridor from Chelmer to Seventeen Mile Rocks.

Our unique business model - Pro Partner - has been developed from human centred design principles. This means that we focus on our clients (vendors/sellers) from the very beginning of the sales process to ensure they have a positive experience when selling their home. We take a proactive approach when selling property and through this model our clients are the primary beneficiaries.

We are modern in our approach, utilising the latest technologies, marketing tools and operating methods.

We are traditional in our values - with high standards particularly around ethical responsibilities and communication. This is all underpinned by our ethics and belief in treating our clients with respect - throughout all stages of our partnering - not just at the beginning.

We will manage all aspects of your property’s sale, including:

  • Preparing and coordinating all marketing activities

  • Coordinating and managing any specialist consultants

  • Showing your property to prospective buyers via open homes and private inspections

  • Servicing all enquiries

  • Providing weekly reporting on marketing, enquiry and inspection activities

  • Negotiating with buyers to ensure you receive the best possible outcome and favourable terms are achieved

  • Preparing and coordinating the signing of contracts by all parties

  • Receiving and managing monetary deposits via our agencies trust account

  • Liaising with all stakeholders post-contract until settlement

  • Recording and managing all information

 
 

 Our Fees

With the introduction of eSignatures (electronic signing of sale contracts), online settlements (PEXA), and the advances of communications technology, it is no longer necessary for clients to pay huge commissions for agencies to operate out of a commercial office space. We keep overheads low, so we can pass these savings onto our clients.

We offer a unique fee structure. Our Pro Partner fee option is designed to achieve the best possible outcome for the vendor, not just the agent. It works by giving the agent incentive to achieve the highest possible price while allowing the homeowner to only pay based on the agent’s results.

In addition, we also offer the following discounted rates on our sales service fee.

A FREE, full sales service to age pensioners who own a single home and are needing to relocate.*

A 50% discount to anyone living on a disability pension who owns a single home and is needing to relocate.*

A 25% discount to anyone currently in Australian Defence Force (Army/Airforce/Navy) or Emergency Services (Police/Fire/EMS).*

After 15+ years in the property industry as a buyer, vendor, designer and developer, I understand the property market and industry from a variety of perspectives. I know how to get the most out of a property’s potential and also how to achieve great sales results on all types – even the ones that may seem ‘challenging’.

Importantly, I know how it feels to be a seller and the problems that exist with the current sales model employed by many agencies. We started Archiville Real Estate in late 2018, with a goal of solving some of these problems and creating a positive experience for our client’s, when selling their homes.

We set out from the very beginning to ensure that you have a positive experience from the very start, right the way through until settlement. We will guide you on the right path so you can achieve the best possible outcome.

I was born in Brisbane and have been a local to the south east Queensland region my entire life.

Working as a building designer for 10 years (running my own practice - Archiville - from 2013 - 2019), I have designed hundreds of house renovations/extension and new homes for my local clients, as well as apartment buildings, townhouses and subdivisions. I have experience in interior design including kitchens and bathrooms, remodelling, furniture layouts and presentation.

I have successfully negotiated and managed many property transactions which include, home sales (including multiple off market sales) and lease contracts for both residential and commercial properties. I have also been involved in negotiating joint venture (JV) deals and managing stakeholder relationships for property developments and negotiating with council and elected members to amend a city planning scheme.
